R&M Detailing LLC – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By purchasing any service or product from R&M Detailing LLC, the customer automatically agrees to all terms and conditions outlined herein. This agreement is binding and enforceable upon payment, booking, or receipt of service. 

2. Liability Disclaimer 

R&M Detailing LLC is not responsible for any damage to customer property, including but not limited to: 

•  Paint scratches, swirls, or chipping 

•  Cracked or damaged windows 

•  Dents, dings, or structural imperfections 

•  Interior stains, rips, tears, or discoloration 

Customers acknowledge that detailing services may involve contact with delicate surfaces and materials. By agreeing to these terms, the customer relinquishes all rights to pursue legal action against R&M Detailing LLC for any reason related to property damage. 

3. Personal Property 

R&M Detailing LLC is not liable for any missing, lost, or stolen items. Customers are advised to remove all valuables prior to service. By leaving personal items in the vehicle, the customer assumes full responsibility. 

4. Refund Policy 

All sales are final. Customers are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, or perceived damage. 

5. Indemnification 

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless R&M Detailing LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use of services or products. 

6. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Graves County, KY.
